C.E.C is a small, friendly, family owned and run Equestrian Centre in East Hampshire. We are serious about safety here at C.E.C but we also love our sport and want people to enjoy it. Our lessons are engaging, progressive and fun. We are fully licenced (Licence No: 90066) and insured with experienced, qualified, enthusiastic instructors and purpose built facilities providing a safe environment in which to learn.

Our latest inspection under the new DEFRA regulations by the Local Authority and their Vet has seen us awarded a 5 star rating under the new rating system. We also have an enviable reputation locally and further afield, throughout the equestrian industry and with other equine professionals due, not only to the standard of teaching that is provided but also the care that the horses receive.

We cater for all abilities from initial tots pony rides and complete beginners to the more experienced rider, either on private horses owned by the client, or on the lovely school horses and ponies that we have here at the Centre. Offering group, private and semi-private lessons.

We are only a very small centre, which to us, we see as an advantage. Relaxed and friendly. It enables us to focus on the clients requirements and provide that personal touch that perhaps larger centres are unable to do.  Our group lessons are small with a maximum allowance of 6 per group so attention is highly focussed on the riders and their learning goals.  Records of client progress are maintained so that we can review and tailor your learning program for any specific goals that you may have.

We don’t just offer lessons at C.E.C, we also hold clinics, shows, training courses, etc. of which anyone is welcome to attend.  We also have a sponsorship and loan scheme.

Our focus doesn’t stop at the clients, its extended to all of our lovely horses and ponies too.  They receive the highest levels of care including daily turnout with a comfy well bedded stable with plenty of hay, feed and fresh water. Regular attendance from the farrier, vet and physio to keep them in tip top condition. Angie is also a qualified saddle fitter and equine massage therapist so this is something that is also checked and carried out regularly. They are regularly schooled by the staff and get to go out for hacks and the odd beach ride, show and sponsored ride.

Our mission here is ‘happy horses, confident riders’ and we strive to maintain that.
